The club has developed a solid foundation of polices and operating procedures over the years.
The club is accredited to the Scottish FA’s Quality Mark Award Scheme – Legacy Level. This is the scheme’s top level and is awarded to clubs that are able to demonstrate they meet the necessary criteria of:
- playing and coaching programmes
- coach development
- child protection
- sports equity and ethics
- club management
Legacy Clubs must also have a minimum of twelve teams including girls, boys, youths and adults. They also need to provide additional football activity within the community.
The Legacy level recognises where clubs have become a key feature of their community.
Quality Mark is an acknowledgement that we take these issues seriously and that we are striving to provide a high quality and welcoming environment for young participants in the sport.
